Frequently asked questions
Will my family in India pay customs or duties on this gift?
No. PEXX ships from our own workshop in Jaipur to any address in India, so your gift travels as a normal domestic parcel — no customs, no import duty, and nothing to pay on delivery. You check out from abroad in your own currency; everything after that happens inside India.
How long does delivery take once I check out?
Once you check out, we dispatch from Jaipur within 3 working days and deliver anywhere in India in 5–8 days total — including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and other metros. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel ships.
Can I pay in my own currency from abroad?
Yes. Checkout accepts USD, GBP, AED and CAD by card or PayPal, so you never have to work out an INR conversion yourself. We handle the currency exchange and the entire India-side delivery — you just pick a gift and pay in the money you already have.
Can I add a gift note, and will the price show on the slip?
Yes to both. Add a personal message at checkout and we'll tuck it into the gift wrap; the packing slip never shows a price, so it arrives looking like a gift rather than an online order.
