What's the minimum order for return gifts?
Ten pieces is our minimum. Below that, our regular Little and Carry collections work just as well — Return Gifts exists for parties, weddings and corporate orders where everyone receives the same soft, block-printed piece, wrapped and delivered to one address.
How long does a bulk order take to arrive?
We confirm a firm delivery date the moment we send your quote — usually within 24 hours of your enquiry. Exact production time depends on quantity, product mix and any customisation you ask for, so we'd rather commit to a real date than a generic promise.
How is bulk pricing worked out?
Pricing scales with quantity, the product mix you choose and any customisation, so we don't publish a flat price list. Share your headcount and budget on the enquiry form and we'll reply with a clear per-piece quote within 24 hours.
Can return gifts be personalised with a name or date?
Not yet — name or date personalisation like embroidery isn't available today, though it's on our roadmap. Every return gift can still be gift-wrapped with your own note, so the set feels chosen for the occasion rather than off-the-shelf.
