If something isn't right, return it within 10 days of delivery. Email info@poddarexp.com (or WhatsApp) with your order number and we'll arrange a pickup where we can. Items should be unused, unwashed, with tags on.
If it's faulty, damaged, or wrong, we cover return shipping. For a change of mind, return shipping is on you. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days (COD orders via bank transfer or store credit).
Happy to exchange for another print or size, subject to stock. Personalised and bulk/custom orders are made to order, so they're non-returnable unless faulty.
